An accessibility concierge will be available by phone or text during event hours. The phone number will be made available closer to the event. If you will need any assistance onsite, please reach out to customer support at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to request services or accommodations.

Yes. Halal and kosher meals will be available by pre-order while supplies last. Please contact awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to pre-order your meal.
Hotels

The re:Inforce hotel blocks are now closed and reservations can no longer be made through the registration portal. Please book directly with the hotel. You can find hotel recommendations on the Pennsylvania Convention center site. Any discounted rates for nights booked directly with the hotel are provided at the hotel’s sole discretion.

The hotel will email you a confirmation directly. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received this. You can call the hotel directly and ask to speak with in-house reservations to request the confirmation email or to make any changes to your reservation.

In-person, hands-on learning is what makes re:Inforce such a valuable experience. Since the sessions are so interactive and guided by the people who are in the room, we aren’t able to share the content virtually. However, the keynote and innovation talks will be livestreamed. You can register for free livestream access closer to the event.

The keynote and innovation talks will be viewable via livestream during the event, and available to watch on demand after the event. AWS re:Inforce breakout content is highly interactive and designed for in-person participation, so we aren’t able to make the majority of learning sessions available virtually.

No. Transportation is not included with your re:Inforce registration. Conference hotels are in close proximity to the convention center.

AWS re:Inforce offers the most AWS Security-focused content of any AWS event, with more than 250 scheduled learning sessions. Formats include breakout sessions, builders' sessions, chalk talks, code talks, lightning talks, and workshops. Content levels range from intermediate to expert. Self-paced lab and gamified learning opportunities are also available. Learn more on the breakout content page.

No. Innovation talk is a new session format replacing leadership sessions. Innovation talks will be delivered by AWS thought leaders. The innovation talks are curated to focus on topics most critical to AWS users’ business needs and to spotlight advancements AWS offers them. Learn more.

There won't be reserved seating for re:Inforce; all sessions are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Please reach out to awsreinforce-support@amazon.com if you'd like to request a seating accommodation.

For workshops and builders' sessions you will be required to have a laptop. For all other session types, there are no requirements to join, but we recommend reviewing the session level and bringing something you can take notes with.

The keynote and innovation talks will be livestreamed and available on-demand. Other session types, including breakouts, will not be livestreamed.

Yes. Select slide decks and recordings will be available on demand after the event concludes. Recordings for keynotes and innovation talks will be available on the re:Inforce website 24-48 hours after the live broadcast. All other session recordings and slide decks will be posted within two weeks of the event.
Registration

The AWS re:Inforce conference pass is $1,099.

Your re:Inforce 2024 conference pass includes access to all the learning content available at re:Inforce, including the keynote, innovation talks, breakout content, and self-paced builder labs. In addition, your pass gives you admission to the Expo, breakfast, lunch, and snacks on full conference days; and other event activities including the closing reception.

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to receive their conference badge at the event.

No. A full conference pass must be purchased to attend re:Inforce.

Yes. You need to be registered for the conference in order to attend any official re:Inforce sessions or functions. A valid conference badge and lanyard are required when in the designated event spaces.

Register now to join us in Philadelphia for re:Inforce 2024. If you previously registered for re:Inforce 2023, please select Log in and enter the credentials used for that event. If not, select Create account to begin your registration.

During registration, you’ll see the option to do a group purchase. If you plan to attend the event yourself, check the box that says Assign a pass to myself during pass selection. Upon completing the group pass purchase your group codes will be available in the attendee portal under Event passes > Group passes. This code can be distributed to each person attending the event. Each person must register through their own account.

Yes. We offer volume-based incentives for companies who purchase 5 or more tickets through their AWS cloud account. Please email our customer support team for more information. Terms and conditions apply.

Email customer support at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to request an update to the information you entered during registration. Note that email addresses cannot be changed after registration is complete.

Resend your receipt or confirmation email at any time by logging unto your attendee portal and selecting Event passes.

Contact us at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to transfer your event registration. We are not able to transfer hotel reservations. Transfers are approved by AWS at its sole discretion.

If AWS receives your cancellation notice by April 28, 2024, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice between April 29, 2024, and June 9, 2024, AWS will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice after June 9, 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by AWS. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact us at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com.
